Home & Favorite Screen
Overview
After the new navigation was designed, we found that new users were particularly having trouble getting oriented when they were thrown into the Dashboard from the very start. To offer a better experience, create a Home screen as the first destination users access, rather than Dashboards to introduce how the platform works.

Goal
​Introduce a new Home screen that offers a convenient entry into our most popular views with an explanation of their core functions, along with a flexible display of each user's favorite Brands and Brand Collections.

01 / The Problem

1. For brand new users, we're presenting an empty page which causes confusion and not user friendly for users.

2. There's no clear direction on what to do once the user comes to the platform.

02 / Speedy Mocks
Given the quick turnaround time that we wanted to push this feature out for our customers, we went directly into hi-fidelity mocks with user research findings.

03 / Conclusion and Future Enhancement
Launch of the Home screen helped with customer adoption and increased sales. And to further more, future enhancements to the Home view will include the addition of an announcements module where we can easily share important information with customers, and ROI stats that educate users on the social performance lift they see when they work with ListenFirst.
